Melrachelle is a spacious, calm and relaxing house filled with light, it sleeps up to 6 people in the beautiful Welsh countryside. Just outside Tenby on the edge of the pretty village of Penally and only a short walk to the sea and Tenby town centre.

The bungalow is equipped to the highest standard and tastefully decorated, with all the finishing touches you would expect from a holiday home from home. Wifi internet access is available throughout the house.
There is off street parking for up to three cars.
The beds are made up for your arrival, linens and bath towels provided. Electricity, gas central heating and hot water are included.
The Kitchen: has fan assisted oven, hob with extractor fan over, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge freezer
Dining area of the kitchen has a large family table that comfortably seats six. There is also DAB Radio.
The lounge has a three and two seater sofa as well as two reclining arm chairs. Large Smart TV, a DVD player and a library of films.
Doors from both the Kitchen and lounge lead out to the garden.
The enclosed garden consist of a large patio area with a dinning table and six seats, an area laid to grass with a bench and reclining sun chairs.
Bedroom one has a king size bed.
Bedroom two and three both have twin beds.
Linens and towels are provided.
Bookings are accepted for a minimum of seven days starting and ending on a Friday.
We do not have any facilities for babies.

From the car parking area, with sufficient parking for three cars, there is a level walk along a tarmac or concreted path to the front door.
The paths around the property are all level and there are additional entrances, via the lounge and kitchen.

Key collection arrangements
Keys are collected from a key safe on the property. Instructions are provided 7 days before the booking commences, assuming all funds have been paid.

At the front door, there are two steps of 14 cm and 19 cm high plus a doorframe threshold of 19 cms. There is a handrail by the side of the steps. The door is a single width of 50 x 3 cm.
The lounge entrance is a large glass sliding door of 95x cm with a threshold of 20 cms and two steps of 30 cm and 18 cm to a large patio area. There is no handrail by this door.
The kitchen entrance has two steps of x19cm and x cm high plus a doorframe threshold of19 x cms. There is a handrail by the side of the steps. The door is 80 cm wide.

The hall has parquet flooring, there is a full length mirror and hooks to hang coats. All rooms leed of the hall
Lounge is carpeted and has one reclining chair that is 45cm off the ground, an armchair one two seater sofa and a three seater, which are both 39cm from the ground, there is fire place which is no longer in use. There is also a 32 inch flat screen, DVD player, and a freesat box with recording facilities. There are 3 wall lights, one main ceiling light and a floor lamp over the two seater sofa. A shelf in the alcove which contains some board games, puzzles around 200 films on DVD and drawers containing leaflets and books on the area.
Bedroom one has a king size bed 200cm by 150cm and 50cm of the ground, either side of the bed is open shelved bedside tables, there is a gap of 60cm between the wall and the left and side of the bed to walk round and a gap of 95cm on the right. There is a chest of draws with a top of 84cm and a wash hand basin 80cm from the floor. The room is carpeted. There is a ceiling lamp, two bedside table lamps and a table lamp on the chest of drawers
Bedroom two has two single beds 60cms high, there is a gap of 50cm between the left hand bed and the wall, another gap of 50cm between the two beds and a gap of 70cm between the right hand bed and the wall. Between the foot of the beds and a chest of drawers is a gap of 110cm. The chest of drawers is 90cm high, and the leather armchair seat is 40cm from the ground. There is also a wash hand basin which is 80cm. The floor is carpeted. There is a ceiling lamp, two bedside table lamps and a table lamp on the chest of drawers
Bedroom three has two twin beds xcms high, there is a gap of xcm between the right hand bed and the wall, another gap of xcm between the two beds and a gap of xcm between the left hand bed and the wall. Between the foot of the beds and a chest of drawers is a gap of xcm. The chest of drawers is Xcm high, and the leather armchair seat is xcm from the ground. There is also a wash hand basin which is xcm. The floor is carpeted. There is a ceiling lamp, two bedside table lamps and a table lamp on the chest of drawers.
All bedding pillows and duvet covers are microfiber, the beds have mattress protectors, the linen polyester cotton mix and the towels cotton. There are wool blankets available.
The bathroom has a 165cm long bath which is 54cm from the ground, there are two handles on either side of the bath. There is one handle on the wall above the bath. There is a power shower over the bath and a concertina glass shower screen. The wash hand basin is 82cm from the floor, the distance between the wash hand basin and the bath is 60cm, the lavatory is a standard cistern with duel flush, the seat is x high. Over the basin is a mirror with integral lights and a shaving point. One ceiling lamp. The floor is made ceramic tiles, as is the wall covering.

The breakfast area is 235cm x 265cm with the table being 140cm x 80cm there are six chairs that go round it. The floor is wooden parquet and there is a suspended ceiling lamp over the table
In the Kitchen the worktop height is 94cm, the over is under the worktop the hinges of the door on the bottom, when the over door is open it is 35cm from the floor. There is a integral hob on the work top a extractor hood suspended from the ceiling over it, with lights in. A dish washer and washing machine both under the worktop. The floor is made of terrazzo tiles, the lighting recessed ceiling lamps
There are various cupboards and drawers containing kitchen equipment, which you would expect in a modern kitchen
The Front Garden has a border containing ornamental pebbles and a raised grass area. There is a wall at the front xcm high. There is a fence of 100cm around the property.
