This spacious 2 bed apartment is in a fantastic location on the main A478 Tenby road. It is only 4 miles from Tenby & 2 miles from Saundersfoot (3 minutes by car or leisurely 20 min. walk), 2 minutes from Folly Farm & has off street parking. Close to all amenities, shops, fast food takeaways etc., bus stop virtually outside the front door, railway station 2 minutes by car or a 10-15-minute walk. It is ideal for exploring all the delights of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children This apartment is accessible via a self-contained front entrance accessed by a flight of stairs that leads to a lounge/diner and master bedroom on the right and to the left, a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, bathroom and children’s bedroom with bunk beds.

The stylish Lounge/diner has a Smart TV/DVD Player with HDMI lead to connect your own TV Box or games console. Videos and books are provided for you to enjoy during your stay and the oak dining table and chairs are perfect for family mealtimes.

The kitchen contains fridge with freezer box, washing machine, gas hob and electric fan oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and all utensils, tea towels, oven gloves etc. that you would expect to find in your own home to make your holiday hassle free. The breakfast bar with 2 bar stools is ideal for breakfast time or for a quick cuppa before exploring the delights of the area.

The bathroom has a bath with overhead rain shower head and towels are supplied.

The Master bedroom has plenty of storage space with a mirrored wardrobe and spacious drawers containing a hairdryer and a separate hanging rail for longer dresses etc.

Bedroom 2 is decorated with children in mind with 2 bunk beds and handy drawer storage space with individual lights for each bed and ‘goodie storage pockets’.

The Apartment is accessed via its own private front door from the parking area outside. The door opens into a wide  hallway that leads to a set of stairs to the main living accommodation, to the left is the kitchen, bathroom and 2nd bedroom. To the right of the top of the stair is the master bedroom and lounge/dining room.

Travelling West from the M4, we are on the left on the main A478 road heading towards Tenby, Turn left at the Kilgetty roundabout off the A477 and take the A478 towards Tenby. we are approx 1 minute from this roundabout in Pentlepoir, just past the 30mph sign, bus shelter & right-hand bend. The first property on the left after the bus shelter and post box. Property address – The Flat. ‘Laubobange’, Hill Lane, Pentlepoir, Kilgetty, Pembrokeshire, SA68 0QT. Bus & Train Stop & Nearest Pub Walking Distances:

There is a very convenient bus stop just a few yards from the front door, to the right along the pavement which goes in the Saundersfoot/Tenby direction. Just across the road and to the left is the bus stop that will drop off from Tenby and head in the direction of Amroth, Wisemans Bridge, Pendine etc. Bus times are advertised at the bus stop and they are very clear & easy to follow.

Kilgetty Railway Station is only 0.9 miles away in the centre of Kilgetty village and can be walked in 10-15 minutes by taking the back road, turn right out of the Apartment, walk along the pavement, take the first right onto Kingsmoor Road, keep walking until you get to the railway bridge, stay left, do not go under the bridge, (if you walk under the bridge, this will continue a very pleasant walk into Saundersfoot past the Church, walk through the caravan site on the left-this is a public footpath, over a stile, through a field and onto Coppett Hall Beach Car park, through the old railway tunnel on the right and into Saundersfoot via The Strand. The Railway tunnel to your far left beyond ‘The Coast’ Restaurant will take you onto a lovely walk, not far either, to Wisemans Bridge) but keep walking under the underpass, out the other end, bear left and keep walking until you come to the White Horse Pub. Turn right here, walk under the railway bridge and Kilgetty railway station is the first right turn before the Saigon Star and Kilgetty Fish Bar. A train ride into Tenby is easy and saves the hassle of parking in Tenby at busy periods, likewise the bus service. Begelly Arms is only 30 seconds away by car, straight down the road, but it involves a walk along the main A478 road.
