Featuring an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen, the property has a downstairs bathroom with over-bath shower and a cloakroom upstairs next to the two bedrooms.  The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob,  microwave, dishwasher and a fridge freezer.  There is a washing machine and dryer in the hallway.  All bedding and towels are provided.  Bedroom one is a superking or a twin and  bedroom two is a double.

The garden is enclosed but with a lowish wall so if you have a big dog that can jump it may not be secure.  There’s a seating area outside and parking for 2 cars. A short stroll takes you to the extensive paths around the moor for dog walking and the boardwalk and nature reserve.  Also walkable is the train station, the ferry port and Tescos.  A couple of fish and chip shops and pubs are also within reach, as is the delightful Marine Walk which takes you into Fishguard and beyond!
