About Bethsaida B&B
Bethsaida is a unique 4* graded B&B in a former Baptist Chapel. Retaining many of its original features you will relax in a room named after its original stained glass window, and sleep in a bed with a pew headboard. After that good nights' rest join us for a full Welsh breakfast in the dining room behind the former pulpit. The sense of serenity is still retained in this ideal, purpose redesigned accommodation.
There are a range of room options which include:
All of our rooms have shower en suite, TV (many with DVD player), tea & coffee facilities, radio/alarm and hair dryer.
St Dogmaels is an historical village on the Northern border of Pembrokeshire. In a rural location you will enjoy the quieter pace of life in this area within a friendly Welsh community.
In the centre of the village you will find the former Abbey ruins and Coach House where the local producers' market is held each Tuesday morning. Just a little further afield, but still in walking distance are Poppit sands with its beautifully undisturbed beach, or Cardigan town with its recently restored castle. For those of you who like to stretch their legs we are on the doorstep of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Walk, with the Ceredigion Coastal Walk starting in Cardigan.
This is an area where you enjoy a holiday doing as little or as much as is right for you. This B&B is perfect for families, those looking for an activity break, or anyone needing a little 'me time'.

Directions: SA43 3EQ
From the North you approach Cardigan on the Southbound A487. When you get to the outskirts of Cardigan you will come to a roundabout crossing the A484, go straight on over the River Teifi on the Priory Bridge, up the hill and at the next roundabout turn right for Cardigan…
From the South you approach Cardigan on the Northbound A487. You drop down into Cardigan and will turn left at the roundabout joining the A478…
From the East I would recommend you take the A40 from Carmarthen, then right onto the A478 at the Penblewin roundabout. (You’d be advised to ignore your satnav from Carmarthen unless you like very narrow, extremely rural roads). On approaching Cardigan go straight across the roundabout crossing the A487 …
…Go down the hill and take the first left at the Eagle Pub (signposted St Dogmaels/LlandudochAnchor and Poppit Sands – B4546).
Carry on to the village and go up the hill past the White Hart Pub on the right, past the Post Office and Bowens Fish & Chip shop on the left.
Carry on up the High Street, past Premier Shop on the right. Go straight on up the hill when the road bends round to the right (sign posted Poppit Sands).
Bethsaida is the large blue building five doors up on your right. Currently parking in on the road side and can get busy. We would ask that when you have unloaded your car you move it to the free car park in the village opposite the chip shop.
