Tenby Museum & Art Gallery auction returns

Christmas is coming and if you’re looking for that perfect gift that will last a lifetime and bring hours of joy, how about a piece of art?

The friends of Tenby Museum and Art Gallery are delighted to announce the return of their charity art auction on the 10th December 2021 at 7pm

In previous years the auction has featured works by Naomi Tydeman, Meirion Jones, Gwilym Prichard, Peter Pendergast, Claudia Williams, Mark Raggett, David Petersen, Judy Linnell, Brian Froud, Graham Clarke, Wendy Yeo, Anna Warchus and David Bellamy to name but a few.

The process of collecting the artworks from both local and international artists has just begun and the gallery is very excited to see this year’s kind donations. If you’d like to submit a piece of art into the auction, Tenby Museum and Art Gallery would love to hear from you  – details can be found here.

The final auction collection can be viewed in person at the museum if you’re visiting Tenby or online from Thursday November 25th.

If you are unable to get to the gallery on the day all is not lost. You can supply bids using an online form and then emailing the bid to  whitecarole01@gmail.com with SEALED BID as the subject or telephoning 07796 176204.  You will need to supply the number of the artwork you wish to buy, the maximum price you are prepared to pay and your name, address and email address.
