Listed in the top 20 wild saunas in the UK by the Times (May 2025), and located in Saundersfoot right by the main slipway to the blue flagged beach. There is a large picture window with beautiful views over the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline. Offering shorter 25 minute sessions and longer 50 minute sessions, available on both a shared and private basis.

Wood fired sauna with views overlooking Saundersfoot beach, Harbour and the sea towards Worms head on the Gower.
Fabulous whatever the weather.
Changing area inside the sauna, please note this area is communal.
Maximum of 6 people on a shared session. One more can be added to a private session (additional charge).
Children 12 and over allowed in the sauna with a parent or guardian on a private session. Please see T&Cs for full information and conditions.

Visiting:
- Sea and Steam is located in Saundersfoot. There is a beautiful sandy beach right at out door step, and the village has a wide range of wonderful, cafes, pubs and restaurants.
Directions:
- We are located next to the slipway down to the main beach in Saundersfoot. During peak times, parking can be limited. If you are driving please leave ample time to find a parking spot.
Accessibility
There are steps up to the sauna and the heat can make use of frames or supports impractical. The lighting inside the sauna can be dim during the winter months. If you have particular access or visual requirements please contact us before your visit, so that we can ensure you can enter and exit the building comfortably and safely.
