Ty Milwr is situated in the small hamlet of Rhodiad y Brenhin approximately 1 mile from the smallest city in Britain - St Davids (Ty Ddewi). The house was rebuilt in 2007 to a high standard. The house stands where originally an old cottage once stood which was then converted to a garage used by my Grandfather and father for their lorries. The stone wall in the lounge is the original cottage wall dating back over a hundred years.
The gated gravel drive is large enough for a large family car/SUV or 2 small cars. You have a country style kitchen with large breakfast table to seat 6 where you can enjoy your meals together reflecting on your days activities or plan the following day.
This is a character property using traditional Welsh Slate and keeping the original natural stone wall interior where the “Simnai Fawr”(Big Chimney) but now has central heating to take the chill off should you require it. In the lounge you have leather sofas to relax on and in the large extension you have a dining table and sofa where you can also relax. The patio doors open out into the outdoor eating area where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic views out over the worked farmland to the prominent hill range of ancient volcanic hills of Carn Lidi and Carn Penberry where you can enjoy the magnificent Sunsets and on clear nights enjoy the unspoilt views of the stars. From the Master Bedroom you have your very own Floating Glass Balcony where you can spend romantic evenings enjoying the view …………….. just amazing!
