Lydstep Haven beach

Lydstep Haven beach

Lydstep Haven is a very pretty beach consisting of sand and pebbles and backed by impressive wooded cliffs at either end.

At the north end of the beach, there is a small sandy area exposed at low tide. Behind the beach is a large caravan park owned by Haven Holidays, Bourne Leisure Ltd.

Dog restrictions apply at the eastern end of the beach between 1st May & 30th September. Check out a map of the beach to help with which section of the beach it applies to.

Access to the beach is on foot only through Lydstep Haven Caravan Park, alternatively, you can park at the National Trust car park on Lydstep Head.

If you’re planning to visit, check out the tide times to make sure you’ve plenty of beach to play on and that you don’t get cut off by the incoming tide!
