Road Directions

From Cardigan/North - 15 minutes
Leave Cardigan on the A484 towards Carmarthen.Go through the village of Llechyrd,turning immediately right at the bottom of the hill and go across the bridge. Carry on up the road for a couple of miles,there is a sign for Newchapel on the left and a pub sign,take the left turn and continue until you reach a crossroads.Go straight across,follow the road until you come to a house on its own and the double pillared gates to the Mansion are just next to it.

From Carmarthen/South East - 45mins
Coming from the A48,take the 3rd exit at the roundabout. Follow the A40 to Glangwili Hospital and follow the signs to Cardigan. Stay on the road for about 30 minutes,passing through Cynwyl Elfed and Newcastle Emlyn. When you reach Cenarth turn left.Follow the road to Abercych. Go up a steep hill,leave the village and take the next left at the crossroads[signpost will read Cwm Ffynone] Ffynone Mansion is 1/2 mile down the road.

From Narbeth/South - 40 mins
Leave Narbeth on the A478, go straight across at the roundabout,signposted for Cardigan. Stay on the road until you have gone through Crymych and Blaenffos, then take the next right for Boncath. Go through Boncath and then Newchapel. When you leave Newchapel, turn right at the crossroads and Ffynone is 1/2 mile down the road.

From Fishguard/West- 35mins
Leave Fishguard on the A487 to Cardigan. Stay on the road for 20 minutes until you reach Eglwyswrw. Turn right in Eglwyswrw onto b4332 signposted to Cenarth and Crymych. At the end of the road turn right and then immediately left on the staggered crossroads.Go through Boncath and Newchapel and as you leave Newchapel turn right at the crossroads and Ffynone is 1/2 mile down the road.

A Grade 1 listed 18th Century Nash house, set in 20 acres of landscaped woodland and gardens.  

House, garden and tea room open to the public on Thursday, Friday and Saturday 10am-5pm.  Pre booking is required for the house tours, for a visit to the gardens please feel free to just turn up. 

You are very welcome to come just to the tea room and enjoy a hot drink and delicious home made cakes
