At Visit Pembrokeshire
Marketing Executive – 22.5 hrs per week
We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to support our Marketing and Communications, working 3 days per week( 22.5 hrs).
This is an exciting fixed-term opportunity for 6-months for someone looking to develop their career in tourism and gain valuable Pembrokeshire connections, with the potential of the role being extended into 2026.
With a natural eye for detail and design, you will be spearheading the 'Pembrokeshire brand' in all relevant communications both B2B and B2C . Working closely with our CEO and Social Media Executive, you will deliver timely information with regards to industry news, legislation, our Strategic Partners, Suppliers and Events across our relevant platforms and via our monthly trade newsletter. You will daily review collaborations requests and tags for potential opportunities and provide support for scheduling our social media content across all relevant channels alongside leading on our monthly B2B and B2C newsletters, in line with our 2024-2028 Destination Management Plan and 2025 Marketing Calendar.
We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills, who can adhere to strict timescales and communicate information in both a timely manner but using the correct tone and brand imagery.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive management team and raise your profile within the county, as you will be working shoulder to shoulder with our CEO, Social Media Executive and Board of Directors.

Membership Executive - 6 months maternity cover
Remuneration dependent on experience.
We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to support our in-house Membership team on a freelance basis, working approximately 1 day per week.
This is an exciting fixed-term Maternity cover opportunity of up to 6 months for someone looking to develop their career in tourism and gain valuable Pembrokeshire connections.
As a natural people-person, you will be local to Pembrokeshire and be ‘Customer First’ in everything you do, working closely with our team to ensure our members receive the best experience throughout their journey to and whilst as a Visit Pembrokeshire member.
We are looking for someone with an exceptional eye for detail, who can follow the correct administrative processes whilst sourcing and converting potential new Visit Pembrokeshire members.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive management team and raise your profile within the county, as you will be working shoulder to shoulder with our CEO, Membership Officer, Business Support Officer and Board of Directors - Membership subdivision.
