Twinkling Christmas Markets & Holiday Fun

Christmas markets are at the heart of holiday celebrations, and this year Pembrokeshire offers a variety of festive experiences. Each has its own unique charm – why not visit them all?

Pembroke Castle Christmas Market (Nov 29 – Dec 1):
A firm favourite in Pembrokeshire, this market really kicks off the festive season! With more than 80 stalls, you’ll find gifts, toys, local produce, clothing, and jewellery – perfect for finishing your Christmas shopping.
The highlight is Santa’s grand arrival at 6.30pm on Friday, adding an extra sparkle to the evening. On Saturday and Sunday, Santa will be in his castle grotto between 10.30am and 3.30pm, ready to meet younger visitors, hand out gifts, and accept Christmas lists. Visits to Santa are £3 per child, with proceeds going to charity.
Throughout the weekend, enjoy musical entertainment from local school carol singers and musicians performing in the marquee. With the castle illuminated at night, it promises to be a magical experience! The event is free and no tickets are required – just remember to keep your dogs on a short lead if you’re bringing them along.
