Paddleboarding in Pembrokeshire
Paddleboarding offers the ability to silently explore the rivers, estuaries and coastline of Pembrokeshire but in the waves, it enables you to catch them early and access breaks which other surfers can’t reach.
Courses, for the complete novice, cover the basics such as board and paddle types, foot positioning and sea safety.
If you already surf, try a more advanced course covering paddle strokes, turning quickly, catching waves and board control in whitewater.
