The Fayre, held by producers at Haverfordwest Farmers Market, will include army cookery demos, lots of local produce, gardening advice, live music, and more.
The event will be held at Riverside Shopping between 9am and 3pm.
“We are very pleased to welcome back chefs from the 14 Signal Regiment in Brawdy, who will be holding cookery demonstrations from 10.30am onwards,” said Jo Welch, food development officer for Pembrokeshire County Council.
“They will be using seasonal harvest produce to make delicious autumnal dishes and there will be plenty of tasters for members of the public to sample.”
Some of the stallholders include Springfields with daffodil bulbs, autumn raspberries and more, Haverfordwest County Market with delicious preserves and cakes and lots of tasters, and Cuckoo Mill Turkey Farm who will have special Michaelmas chicken.
Hazelwell Organic Farm - Silver Award winner at Wales the True Taste Awards, will be highlighting their award-winning cannon of lamb and giving advice on how cook it and recipes to try at home.
There are also fresh vegetables from Blaencamel Organic Farm, and freshly-made ravioli and pasta from Casa del Cymru.
Horticultural expert David Baster will be on hand to give advice about autumn planting from ensuring year-round colour in your borders, to successful winter allotments.
Other features include willow and corn-dolly making demos, competitions and the fun Harvest Fayre quiz.
