Saturday 13th February

Cheerful Project: Narberth

Join Maya Mitten for a morning of collage, using contemporary and archive images from Narberth Museum to create a collage landscape of Narberth. This is a Span Arts Cheerful Project event from 10am - 2:30pm at Narberth Museum.

Or maybe you’re up for an afternoon of making artisan raw chocolates and stitched sentimental keepsakes for your Valentine? Join Jade and Carys in Cardigan for a creative afternoon making Valentine treats. Starts 1pm, details from Small World, Cardigan

Wildlife Treats

Discover the wonders of Teifi Marshes Nature Reserve at the Welsh Wildlife Centre in Cilgerran, which has some family fun happening every day over half term. Lucky dips, make valentines treats for birds, bird feeders, candles and much more. A lovely day out for all the family.

Monday Morning Movies

How about some Snoopy for brunch? Theatr Gwaun are running ‘Monday Morning Movies’ through to the end of February for £5. Each week the regular film will pop up for an extra Monday morning showing - a little treat to prove that Theatr Gwaun isn’t just for the evenings!

Tuesday 16th February

50 Things February Challenge

Join the National Trust staff at Stackpole Estate in Lodge Park Woods where you can do the treasure trail, including as many of the 50 things as is possible. Kites on the court site, pond dipping at the hidden bridge, snail racing, building a den and climbing a tree are just a few of the amazing activities to do here. Starts at 11am. Family Theatre

Roll up! Roll up! For the most magnifical, tremendible and fantasticulous experience in town! The caravan of curious creates and its crew of mysterious misfits has arrived to entertain, amuse and beguile you. But why are they telling their stories and what’s lurking behind their facade?  Dare you enter the world’s wickedest wonder emporium? Starts 2pm. Tickets available from Span Arts

Dark Skies Event

Put this date in your diary because the amazing Dark Skies team are back. Head to Stackpole Estate for an evening visiting the cosmos - learning about the Milky Way, major constellations and meteor showers in their pop-up planetarium. There will also be a film, rocket making and outside observing sessions if the skies are clear. A brilliant family night out! Contact Stackpole Estate for further information.

Thursday 18th – Sunday 21st February

Narberth A Capella Voice Festival

Release your inner voice at the Narberth A Capella Voice Festival. Friday night opens with performances from the magnificent South African Zulu Male Choir. Saturday there are workshops by one of the world’s leading authorities on world vocal techniques. Then Saturday night it’s the sounds of The Sons of Pitches, as seen on TV. Workshops by these performers are on Sunday. Tickets available from Span Arts.
