Our nearest mainline railway station is Carmarthen, Hammet House is a 40 minute taxi ride from here.

Our nearest bus stop is in our village Llechryd, on the route 460 from Carmarthen to Cardigan.  The bus stop is a 10 minute walk to the house.

FROM LONDON/CARDIFF/M4
 
London to Hammet House takes about 4 hours. We recommend you drive to us via Narberth, as other routes are ‘scenic’ & windy!
Drive to the end of the M4, then take the A48 towards Carmarthen.
At Carmarthen follow the A40 towards St Clears.
Stay on the A40 until the Penblewin roundabout, take 3rd exit on the A478 signposted Cardigan.
Stay on the A478 through Clunderwen, Llandisillio, Efailwen, Crymych & Blaenffos.
After Blaenffos turn Right on the B4332 towards Boncath.
Take next Right on the B4332 through Boncath.
After Boncath, turn Left signposted Llechryd.
Stay on this road for 5 minutes, then you will see the Hammet House driveway & gateposts on your Left.
Straight down the drive, bear left at the cottages & Hammet House reveals itself.
FROM ABERYSTWYTH & THE NORTH
 
From Aberystwyth take the A487 & at the Cardigan roundabout turn left towards Newcastle Emlyn & Carmarthen on the A484. Drive 3 miles, climbing a long hill & descending again. Pass through Llechryd village & at the bottom of the hill, as the road bears left, turn right over the stone bridge signposted Cilgerran Castle, & immediately after turn right into the  Hammet House driveway.  Straight down the drive, bear left at the cottages & Hammet House reveals itself.

Hammet House is a boutique luxury country house in North Pembrokeshire.  Spectacularly located on the banks of the river Teifi, we have 7 acres of landscaped grounds, a cool & chic library bar serving all day menu, house cocktails & organic wines. 

Our fine dining restaurant is open every evening from 6pm, to residents & non-residents.  Serving exquisite modern British cuisine crafted from the finest local ingredients.

Afternoon tea is served everyday between 12 noon & 5pm.  Choose from Full Afternoon tea, Champagne afternoon tea or changing dailt selection of hand-made cakes & treats.

Guest bedrooms are a luxurious blend of the old & new, featuring hand made beds & mattresses, Egyptian cotton bed linen, flat screen tvs, & drinks tray with whole leaf teas, freshly ground coffee & hand-baked biscuits.  REN toiletries & fluffy towels in the en-suite bathrooms.

Our public rooms are fully accessible, with the library bar, restaurant, reception & WCs all being on one level.

The main entrance has 2 steps leading up to the doors, please notify us if you would like our access ramp prepared in advance of your arrival.

Unfortunately our guest bedrooms are only accessible via the main staircase.
