Newly furnished in 2014, this quiet, detached bungalow is on the edge of Marloes village. It sleeps four (+ cot) in two bedrooms – one super-king ensuite and one twin. It has a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting-room, a large conservatory and an enclosed garden with storage shed for bikes.

Wi-fi available. Suitable for limited mobility, there are 4 steps at front and back doors. No pet hairs or feathers and no smoking.

Close to Marloes Sands (National Trust), Musselwick Sands, Marloes Deer Park (National Trust), and the Skomer Island embarkation point at Martin’s Haven. Marloes Sands is known as one of the best beaches in Wales - a mile-long stretch of golden sand backed by cliffs of great geological interest. See autumn seal-pups from Marloes Deer Park. Walk from the door to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path with it's spectacular cliff walks. A 10-minute drive or bus to St. Bride’s Haven (for rockpooling), or 5 minutes to Dale (for sailing, windsurfing, kayak hire and restaurants). Nearby  birdwatching at Marloes Mere, Wooltack Point and Pickleridge Pools, Dale. A coastal bus service operates in three directions out of the village. Marloes village has a shop, church, pub (with garden) serving food and a seasonal café.

Weekly changeover day Saturday, but this is flexible out of peak season. Short breaks available.

The master bedroom is ensuite and has a super-kingsize bed and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has comfortable full-size twin beds and use of the second bathroom. Both bathrooms have baths with electric showers over. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a double electric oven, gas hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave.

The sitting room has two comfortable sofas, a TV, DVD  player, wi-fi hub, books and games. The south-facing conservatory is built on to the outside of the sitting room and has two more sofas and dining table and chairs.

Oil central heating, hot water, towels (not beach-towels), and professionally-laundered Egyptian cotton bed-linen are included in the price, with the beds made up for you.

The garden is mainly paved and shingled with a small lawn. It is totally enclosed so safe for children. There is an outdoor table, parasol and chairs, 4 sun-loungers, a washing-line and a large shed for bike storage.
