If approaching from the direction of Manorbier Railway Station (ie from the North)

  • Follow the road into Manorbier village until you reach the gates to Manorbier Castle on your right.
  • Turn left and pass the Beach Break Tea Rooms on your left.
  • A little further along you will pass the Castle Inn on your right and the Bus stop on your left. Warlows Meadow is a further 75 metres on your left.
  • Turn into Warlows Meadow and then bear right at the fork in the road after about 100 metres.
  • Brynteg is almost at end of the road on the right hand side.

Road Directions

Brynteg is situated in Warlows Meadow in the heart of the village of Manorbier.

 

If approaching from Manorbier Beach (ie from the West):

  • Take the road up past Manorbier Castle, leaving the castle on your left.
  • On reaching the top of the road, the village Reading Room is directly in front of you. 
  • Continue along the road with the Castle Mead Hotel on your right and the Beach Break Tea Rooms on your left.
  • A little further along you will pass the Castle Inn on your right and the Bus stop on your left. Warlows Meadow is a further 75 metres on your left.
  • Turn into Warlows Meadow and then bear right at the fork in the road after about 100 metres.
  • Brynteg is almost at end of the road on the right hand side.
  • The walk from the beach up the hill to Brynteg takes around 10 minutes. 

 

If approaching from the Tenby side of the village (ie from the East):

  • Take the road/footpath into the village until you pass the Post Office and Stores on your right.
  • Warlows Meadow is a further 75 metres along the road also on your right.
  • Turn into Warlows Meadow and then bear right at the fork in the road after about 100 metres.
  • Brynteg is almost at end on the right hand side.

Just minutes from the Beach, the Castle and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, Brynteg is ideally suited to walkers and is well situated for people following the long-distance coastal trail, or for those wishing to enjoy the beaches and sights of the lovely village of Manorbier and its surroundings.

 

Brynteg opened it's doors to guests on 1st March 2016, with two newly appointed bedrooms. A kingsize double with delightful village and sea views and a twin bedded room overlooking the lovely garden. Both rooms have newly completed luxury ensuite facilities with complimentary toiletries. Both rooms also have the luxury of 43" Smart TV's for your entertainment which include access to the internet and catch-up services. Free wifi is available throughout.

 

Guests are very welcome to use and enjoy the garden and take advantage of its delightful seating areas with magnificent views of the the sea, the village and the castle.

 

Brynteg sits in an elevated position in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the village. There is a well-stocked shop/post office, a pub, a hotel/restaurant, a wonderful cafe/tea rooms and of course the castle, church the beach and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, all within easy walking distance.

 

Brynteg is a non-smoking, adults only establishment. We have a family pet, a Jack Russell terrier called Spencer, so no other pets can be accommodated. Spencer is not allowed in the guest accommodation.

Accessibility

Brynteg Bed and Breakfast is in an elevated position. It is accessed by four steps and from a sloping driveway. The entrance doorways have a raised lower rim. The Guest accommodation is all on one level once inside the property. The various areas of the gardens are all also accessed by a number of steps. Whilst care needs to be taken in the garden, guests are welcome to explore the seating areas and great views.

 

Brynteg Bed and Breakfast is not suitable for children.
