Eat out:

Ffynnone Arms, Newchapel

We were overwhelmed by support for this traditional Welsh pub with an entirely separate, complete menu to suit Coeliacs, Vegans and those who are Lactose Intolerant. Ask for Hedydd, the owner-chef, she’s more than happy to advise and has been eating gluten and dairy-free herself for a long time!

Deli Delights, St. Dogmaels

This bright and cheerful lunch spot always has gluten free options in the cake cabinet and bread options for lunch. And it’s a stones throw from Poppit beach and Cardigan, just what you need after a morning of beachcombing!

Waves @ Celtic Haven, Lydstep near Tenby

This Italian themed restaurant has options on their everyday menu, and by prior arrangement can create a full coeliac friendly menu especially for you!

D. Fecci & Sons, Tenby

By Far the best fish and chip shop we’ve ever come across where allergies are concerned! Not only do they have gluten free batter, but a specific fryer, gluten free chips, mushy peas, mayonnaise and vinegar. Definitely the place to go for your post-beach salt and vinegar hit.

Oriel Y Parc café, St .Davids

This café is situated in the visitor centre in St.Davids and serves meals packed with local produce and fresh fish. The changing daily specials are always a treat and they’re proud to be coeliac friendly. There are several dairy free options available all the time.
